Where do we find our driver?

All our staff is uniformed with the company logo (cancun taxi shuttle) to give you assistance and service, carry a sign with the company logo, you will not have to wait for long your vehicle is close

Who do I pay, how and when?

You can pay the operator in full directly, you can pay in Mexican pesos or US dollars (no coins currencies, no broken bills, or marked, as we can not be exchanged them here) we do not accept traveler check or if you can do it by electronic payment system Paypal, you can request a payment link online by email.

What if my flight is delayed?

We will monitor your flight. You only need to contact us if you will arrive on a different flight.

Do I request a child seat?

Yes we have BUT we can never guarantee having it for you. It is 99 % for sure but sometimes flights are delayed, traffic, changes in schedules etc and the vehicle with the child seat is held up. We do our best but sometimes things are out of our control. If you MUST have one, it is best to bring yours from home. Our child seats are the baby-style, rated for up to 40 lbs front-facing. We do not have the booster-style seats. Only 1 car seats per vehicle.

What do I do if I can not find my hotel in the quotation?

You can put the word "home address", the system displays the different destinations, select the destination that go to the system to recognize where they go and can continue their reservation, at the end of the capture in the areas of comments gives us the name And address of the hotel or condominium to which.

Should I tip my driver?

yes, all depends if the driver is friendly and helpful advice and the operator helps you with your luggage, it is serviced and explains all you can enjoy the destination, you can provide a tip gladly be welcomed.

Can I pay upon my arrival to Cancun?

Yes, just confirm us your email, and you can pay the driver at your arrvial in US dollars, or mexican pesos.

Can you have drinks waiting for us in the vehicle?

If you are going south the driver will be happy to stop at the 7/11, oxxo or you can grab a cold drink before loading into the vehicle right at the airport.

Are you licensed to operate at Cancun Airport?

Yes, we have the appropriate permissions granted us by the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation (SCT) government agency that grants federal permits

What if we cannot find our driver or reception person?

Our staff is always there. Odds are they are just loading up another family into a vehicle. sometimes the operator is admitted to serve you directly. if you want you can call the phones that we sent to your confirmation that was sent you.

Can I call this 01-800 number from my hotel to confirm my departure?

No, this number is destined for customers lost at the airport, anyway can not help them, if you like you can call local numbers to be sent in confirmation.

Can you take us to a restaurant or supermarket before going to our hotel?

Of course! Just email us your request and we will give you a quote for any restaurant. For the grocery stop it is an extra $30 for each hour or partial hour. Usually 1 hour is sufficient. It must be booked ahead of time. We will take you to the most logical store (route wise) on the way to your hotel. We can also go to and from between hotels, parks, shopping etc.

How do I know you have my reservation?

You will receive 2 emails from us. The first is simply a copy showing what you have entered. The other is the confirmation voucher. These two electronic vouchers contain all the addresses, telephone numbers, amounts owed, contact information at the airport, etc. If you do not receive an electronic voucher within 24 hours, please contact us.

How long is the trip to my hotel?

The length of your trip will depend on the location of your hotel. For example: Cancun hotels: between 15 minutes to 30 minutes approximately Puerto Juarez hotels: 30 minutes approximately Playa Mujeres hotels: 30 minutes approximately Puerto Morelos hotels: between 20 minutes to 30 minutes approximately Playa del Carmen hotels: between 40 minutes to 1 hours approximately Puerto Aventuras hotels: 1 hour with 15 minutes approximately Akumal hotels: 1 hours with 20 minutes approximately Tulum hotels: between 1 hour with 30 minutes to 2 hours approximately

Do you also travel to other locations, such as xcaret, xelha, tulum, chichen itza, coba?
